“I have always been fascinated by the various forms of vegetation that grow uncontrollably on abandoned places or objets left by society. I can see a silent resistance in it, an answer from mother nature that takes back those unseen spaces from the urban and contemporary life. — Mona

Our approach is about exhibiting hybrid objects that trigger new lines of thought. These scraptures are made from abandoned furnitures on which vegetation, plants and moss, is grown and sustained artificially. By transforming these unused objects into green shelters, this installation invites the public to question our relation to flora, but also to dive in a particular timeline where life grows slowly and silently.”
